1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Nairobi Singles, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nairobi Singles. We verify age at registration and reserve the right to suspend or remove any account found to belong to a minor.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person; impersonation and fake profiles are not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; solicit money or commercial business; scrape or misuse the platform; or attempt to circumvent moderation, blocking, or reporting. See our Community Guidelines for detail.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid subscriptions, where offered, are billed in Kenyan Shillings. Pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation terms will be stated at the point of purchase. No live payment processing is enabled during early development.
6. Moderation & enforcement
We may suspend, deactivate, or remove any account that violates these Terms or our Community/Safety Guidelines, with or without notice, at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers
Nairobi Singles does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with or meeting other users — see our Safety Guidelines.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
