How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Nairobi Singles account and data yourself, at any time, without contacting support.

Log in to your account and go to Settings.
Scroll to the "Delete account" section.
Enter your password to confirm it's really you.
Select Permanently delete my account.

What gets deleted

This is a genuine, permanent deletion — not a deactivation. Your profile, photos, preferences, likes/passes, matches, conversations, and messages you sent are all removed. This cannot be undone, and there is no recovery period.

A small amount of moderation/audit history may be retained where you were the subject of a report or moderation action, for safety record-keeping — see our Privacy Policy.
